Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Virtual Billboard, a service operated by uSnapiShare. By using Virtual Billboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can use Virtual Billboard
Shoppers (visitors)
Shoppers visit the Virtual Billboard directory without an account. No purchase or registration is required. Use of the service is offered freely and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Merchants and plaza owners
Merchants and plaza owners create accounts and may purchase paid subscriptions. By creating an account, you confirm you are authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your business and that your business operates in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Paid subscriptions
Merchants pay monthly subscriptions for listings, with an optional one-time setup fee. Plaza owners may participate in pilot or partnership arrangements. All subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@govirtualbillboard.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for partial months are not standard but may be issued at our discretion in cases of clear service failure.
Refunds & cancellation
The one-time setup fee is refundable within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, the setup fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription anytime — your listing stays live through the end of the paid period and won't renew. Refunds for partial months on the recurring subscription are not standard but may be issued at our discretion in cases of clear service failure.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Virtual Billboard for illegal purposes
- Submit listings or content that is fraudulent, infringing, or misrepresentative
- Impersonate another business
- Attempt to disrupt the service or other users' access
- Scrape, automate, or reverse-engineer the platform without written permission
- Use the AI Concierge to attempt prompt injection, data extraction, or other adversarial behavior
Content you submit
You retain ownership of business information, photos, and other content you submit to Virtual Billboard. By submitting content, you grant uSnapiShare a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and modify it for the purpose of operating the service. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.
Our content
The Virtual Billboard platform, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of uSnapiShare. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of our intellectual property.
Disclaimers
Virtual Billboard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the service
- Accuracy of information submitted by merchants
- Specific business outcomes (foot traffic, sales, ROI)
- That AI Concierge responses are factually correct in every instance
Shoppers should verify business details (hours, location, offers) directly with merchants before visiting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, uSnapiShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Virtual Billboard. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold uSnapiShare harmless from claims arising from your use of Virtual Billboard, including any content you submit or business activity you conduct using the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Sections addressing intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date tells you when the latest version took effect. Continued use of Virtual Billboard after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida.
